  Firstly, the staff are excellent here and so is the vibe created by the people that visit and the location. Thumbs down to the faulty and rundown equipment, interiors are dirty, change rooms and cleanliness gross, weights are often not put away including some of the trainers who should set the example. So poor compared to other Fitness First's. Overdue for an upgrade.

  The gym is often unclean. The hygiene levels are quite low. There was a recent incident of a member washing his feet in the men's wash basin. That is very unhygienic. Many of the lockers do not work. The equipments break down frequently and it takes a long time to repair them. The staff are very friendly and really good. I must say they are very professional. The good quality of staff makes me keep going back to the club.

  Not a bad gym, but quite expensive and classes are poor. Moreover, watch out for their specials. I got 3 monts pass, but then the gym kept charging me for another 1,5 month for not giving them 28 days notice. Never got any reply to my emails or money back. Would never use FF again

  The studio classes are good but noise is a problem with yoga next to the weight room. Locker room and showers also unkempt and I am constantly putting in customer feedback forms that are ignored.

  If it wasn't for the staff this place would have a mass exodus. The machines are ALWAYS broken. The water damage to the place is insane and the aircon has been on the fritz too. I would like to at least see the machines cleaned and the carpets replaced so it doesn't smell when I walk in.

  Equipment is constantly broken and about 10 machines have water damage. Plus very cramped next to the equipment I think the space isn’t big enough for the amount of people going at peak times.

  I agree- this gym is convenient and staff are nice but definitely in need of an update. The roofs leaks; in the last downpour the roof opened up over the treadmills and I got soaked- while inside!!!
