  I've been in the Newtown store a few times and may I say Mathew is an absolute treasure and a great asset to your store. Always helpful, always friendly. Believe me, the hardware store is not my favourite place to be, Matthew makes it almost enjoyable!

  Sunlite Mitre 10 have saved me hours of fighting Sydney traffic, just to buy a tap washer from that Big B Barn down the hill... plus their prices are as good, frequently better.

  I visited the store on a busy Friday afternoon. Matthew assisted me. He took my Master Lock home to decoded and open it. It was too busy and noisy in the shop for Matthew to listen to the combination clicks for decoding the lock. The next day I picked up my lock. I was charged around $10 for Stainless Steel Cable Ties which Matthew used to decode and open the lock barrel. Matthew was so helpful. He reset the lock and set a new combination code. A new lock costs around $50.

  Mitre 10's biggest tick goes to their service. Their staff walk around to service you not to run from you. They are attentive and friendly, helpful and take the time to explain something if you have questions. Very handy to have Mitre 10 hardware back in Newtown. Thank you.
