  We asked for them to send us our documents and itinerary long before our departure date, however they told us they would send it 2 weeks out. They never sent it.

  They sent us the documents days into our trip with the information unchanged and still incorrect. We had to get a family member to call them for 3 days for them to resend it and when they did, it was wrong again!

  We contacted them and they still didn't send it, so we contacted a second time, only for them to send the wrong information. This was the day before we flew out. We asked them to fix it and they did not.
